Bandabets introduces everyday cashback offer in Malawi

Betting company Bandabets has introduced an Everyday Cashback initiative in Malawi, barely a month after entering the local market, as it seeks to strengthen customer engagement and encourage regular participation on its platform.

The initiative is part of the company’s expansion across several African markets, including Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Malawi.

Unlike conventional cashback promotions that are largely tied to customer losses, Bandabets says its Everyday Cashback is based on overall player activity, meaning both winning and losing customers can qualify for cashback.

According to the company, customers who deposit can unlock higher cashback percentages, while eligibility is automatically determined without the need for registration, opting in or submitting a separate claim.

Under the initiative, eligible cashback is credited the following day as non-withdrawable bonus cash and remains valid for 48 hours.

Customers can then use the cashback to place a bet on any game of their choice. Any winnings generated after the required play become withdrawable, according to the company.

Bandabets says the initiative is designed to create a continuous engagement cycle in which customers can play, receive cashback and have another opportunity to participate.

The company believes the model could help it build a stronger presence in Malawi by offering customers what it describes as clear and immediate value.

Bandabets has been expanding its operations across different African markets, with Malawi being its latest market.

The company says its Everyday Cashback proposition is built around the principle that increased activity can unlock greater cashback opportunities for customers.
