MedHealth Celebrates Dual Awards, Pledges Better Healthcare Services

MedHealth, the recipient of the Most Preferred Health Insurance Provider Award at the Consumer Choice Awards and the Service Excellence Award from the Chartered Institute of Customer Management, has reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality healthcare services in the country.

The company received the awards at two separate events held last Friday.

Speaking at a press briefing in Lilongwe on Tuesday, MedHealth General Manager Medson Chitsulo described the recognition as a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and quality healthcare service delivery.

“These awards motivate us to continue improving our services for clients and stakeholders while contributing to greater access to quality healthcare across the nation,” said Chitsulo.
