Impex Tiles expands reach with new premium showroom in Blantyre

Impex Tiles has strengthened its footprint in Malawi’s construction sector with the opening of a new premium showroom at Clock Tower Mall in Blantyre, a move the company says is aimed at making quality construction and interior finishing materials more accessible to customers in the Southern Region.

Located opposite Mwaiwathu Hospital, the showroom stocks a wide range of products including floor and wall tiles, sanitary ware, ceiling boards, doors and other building materials, all displayed in what the company describes as a modern, customer-focused environment.

Speaking during the opening, Impex Tiles Director Ashif Patel said the new facility represents an important step in the company’s expansion strategy.

“The opening of our premium showroom at Clock Tower Mall is a significant step in our growth strategy. We wanted to create more than just a retail outlet; we have created a space where customers can experience our products, receive professional guidance, and find inspiration for their construction and renovation projects,” Patel said.

He added that the company remains committed to providing durable, stylish and affordable building materials that meet the demands of modern construction.

“As Malawi continues to experience growth in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development, Impex Tiles is committed to providing reliable building solutions that combine quality, innovation, and value. Our customers deserve the best products and the best shopping experience, and this new showroom delivers exactly that,” he said.

The new showroom complements the company’s existing branches at Maselema in Blantyre and Diab Complex near Maula Pharmacy in Lilongwe, further strengthening its presence in the country’s building materials market.

Impex Tiles is one of Malawi’s leading suppliers of construction and interior finishing materials, serving homeowners, contractors, architects and property developers with a range of products designed to support the country’s growing construction industry.
